Insight Global is assisting an established boutique law firm in finding a detail-oriented Legal Billing Specialist to support end-to-end legal billing operations. This individual will be responsible for compiling, editing, finalizing, and submitting accurate client invoices while partnering closely with attorneys, staff, and clients. The ideal candidate brings strong law firm billing experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage high invoice volumes with accuracy.

Responsibilities
 • Process and manage all phases of legal billing, including invoice edits, finalization, and posting
 • Prepare and submit electronic bills (e-billing) and resolve rejections or discrepancies
 • Handle/deposit cash/check payments and reconcile pa
 • Ensure compliance with client fee agreements (hourly, flat fee + costs, discounts, split billing, etc.)
