Job Summary

The Legal & Compliance Counsel is primarily responsible for providing Legal & Compliance support to Cardinal Health Japan, including the commercial division and the manufacturing site.

This role will 1) provide proactive legal and compliance support to the business: 2) manage company compliance matters and oversee the management of contracts, dispute resolutions and on-site monitoring; 3) provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders regarding legal/compliance activities & matters.<...
