Legal Consultant - Corporate & Commercial

Who are we looking for?

We’re currently working on a full‑time assignment with one of our financial services clients and we’re interested in hearing from junior to mid‑level equity capital markets lawyers available at short notice to join us to commence their LOD journey straightaway. This assignment will run for 6 months and will have a good chance of turning permanent . To join us, you will have the following attributes:

• Singapore qualified lawyer with 3‑6 years PQE with reputable law firm and/or in‑house/secondment experience
• Solid experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of agreements including MSAs, SLAs, procurement contracts, joint ventures, and M&A documentation
• Prior experiences in a financial services institution is an added advantage
• Currently living in Singapore and is available to start assignments at short notice
