Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of various legal tech projects
- Analyze, document, and optimize legal processes to drive efficiency and harmonization
- Translate business needs into scalable workflows and technology requirements
- Drive change management, training, and communications to ensure tool adoption
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track performance and impact
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and enable adoption
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in legal operations, project management, or business operations
- Strong project management skills and experience delivering complex initiatives
- Ability to engage, align, and influence stakeholders across levels and functions
