Legal Counsel (Bank)

Overview

We are partnering with a leading international bank to hire a Legal Counsel to join its Singapore team. This is an excellent opportunity for a banking & finance lawyer looking to move in-house or further develop their career within a well-established financial institution with strong regional connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on banking, financing, treasury and commercial matters


• Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of legal documentation including loan agreements, security documents, ISDA documentation, outsourcing agreements, NDAs and commercial contracts


• Support corporate banking, private banking / wealth management and treasury transactions


• Advise on Singapore regulatory matters including MAS regulations, PDPA, outsourcing and banking secrecy requirements
