Legal Counsel (Commercial & Corporate)

We are hiring a Legal Counsel (Commercial & Corporate) to join an international pharmaceutical company based in Madrid.

The role

You will act as a trusted legal partner to Commercial, Regulatory, Quality and Operations teams, handling:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (distribution, supply, manufacturing, licensing, services, NDAs).
• Corporate governance and cross-border matters.
• Legal support in a regulated pharma environment.
• Day-to-day GDPR contractual topics.
• Coordination with IT on cybersecurity/compliance matters (non-implementation role)
• Managing external counsel.
