Legal Counsel

We are recruiting a Legal Counsel for a global property consultancy with a strong GCC footprint. The role will provide legal support across commercial contracting, corporate governance, compliance, and dispute matters, helping stakeholders manage risk while enabling business delivery across the region.

• Provide contractual and commercial risk assessments for RFPs and support pre-tendering activity.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including FIDIC-based contracts where required.
• Draft/review internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Advise on corporate governance, internal processes, and company compliance frameworks.
