Legal Counsel – Finance Sector

Are you a process focused Litigation Specialist with solid knowledge of Contract interpretation?
We require your strong financial acumen within the legal framework for our very well established client in the renewable sector.
Bachelors’ Law degree or similar essential.
We require three to four years’ experience to assist the Asset Management Team using your experience in project finance or banking and finance.

Duties & Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

1. Matric, bachelor’s degree in law
2. Three to four years’ PQE in a similar role in project finance or banking and finance
3. Renewable energy/ IPP / Construction industry experience advantageous
4. Dispute management and litigation experience advantageous
5. Corporate and commercial experience advantageous
