Job Description Summary
This position will be responsible for a broad range of activities and legal matters in respect of the firm’s London-based operations and across the wider firm as necessary to support the UK and European business strategy. It will be a member of the EMEA Legal team and the Global Legal and Compliance team, working with a variety of internal colleagues and external parties. The role is based in London and is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to the firm's business, including client solutions, investment, research, and operations in respect of the London office, to support the firm’s EMEA strategy.
- Draft and negotiate agreements, including investment management, advisory and non‑disclosure for clients of the London office, as well as vendor and other ancillary agreements.
