As Legal Counsel, you will support business operations across LATAM North by leading key commercial contracting processes, supporting corporate governance matters, and coordinating legal risk management in partnership with internal stakeholders and external counsel. Key Responsibilities Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including service agreements, supply and distribution contracts, NDAs, credit agreements and related documents.
