We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded Legal Counsel with at least 5-7 years of relevant legal experience from a reputable law firm or in‑house to join Ikano Retail’s centralised Legal Affairs function. Based in Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, this role has primary responsibility across the Southeast Asia Region, while maintaining a strong and hands‑on focus on the Malaysian market.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, act as a trusted legal partner, and contribute directly to IKEA’s growth, expansion and day‑to‑day operations. The role reports to the Ikano Retail General Counsel.
Your assignment
- Provide legal advice and hands‑on support across a wide range of commercial and regulatory matters, working closely with IKEA Malaysia and regional stakeholders.
