Job Description

The Legal Counsel provides comprehensive legal support across the company, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks and protecting the company’s interests. The role mitigates legal risks and facilitates smooth business operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on contracts, regulatory, governance and compliance matters.
• Develop compliance programs, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
• Manage litigation, coordinate with external counsel, and develop resolution strategies.
• Oversee corporate governance practices and maintain corporate records.
• Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies to manage organizational risks.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and represent the company at relevant events.
