Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including but not limited to sales contracts, vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and service agreements.
• Ensure that contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards, and revise contracts as necessary.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and legal counsels to ensure that final draft contracts are agreed upon by all parties, routed for approval, and executed in a timely manner.
• Prepare and update inventory of contracts and agreements of the Company, ensuring that all contracts are accurately documented, stored, and easily accessible.
• Maintain an updated contract tracker to ensure that all contracts are within Contract Management radar, and provide effective communications to all stakeholders about the status of all active contracts.
