Position: Legal Officer /Executive Experience: 1-2 years Location: Electronics City, Phase 1, Bangalore Job Summary: The Legal Resource will be part of the Legal Team responsible for Contracts Management (end to end), IP registrations and litigations management (managing the process on need to do basis), coordinations for property title due diligence, legal notices and replies, legal opinions, employment laws related audit and compliances ,,business & projects licences related audit and compliances for group of companies and LLPs with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, a team player and have a sound understanding of corporate and commercial laws, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
