Mô tả công việc

- Keep abreast of legislative changes, maintain online library of legal and internal regulations.

- Provide and interpret legal regulation, conduct training and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to relevant departments.

- Anticipate and mitigate potential legal issues and develop strategies/ initiatives to avoid costly litigation actions and reduce potential area of risks.

- Negotiate, draft, review contract/agreement/LOI and other legal documents tailored to each specific business activities to protect company at the best.

- Provide timely and accurate legal advice/assessment on all legal matters/cases to The Company

- Contact and/or coordinate with government bodies/AVI for all legal matter related to the Company;
