RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft, revise, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, memoranda, and emails.Handle e-filings in state, federal, and administrative courts.Prepare and organize documents and exhibits for hearings, arbitrations, mediations, trials, and depositions.Proofread documents for accuracy, grammar, and compliance with firm standards.Create and maintain Tables of Contents (TOC) and Tables of Authorities (TOA).Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and litigation deadlines.Maintain attorney calendars and track critical case dates.Process new client/matter intakes in accordance with firm procedures.Use legal software, transcription tools, and office equipment to manage documents.Arrange attorney travel, including hotel, airfare, and transportation.Distribute incoming mail and emails appropriately.Assist in prepar...
