Legal Tech & Innovation Specialist: Transformation

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will play an active role within the Legal Ops team in managing adoption of new tools that are technology and innovation-driven for the legal department, including training users, creating user guide documentation, serving as a change agent, and working closely with smaller teams/sub regions to support the transformation process.

In coordination with our department’s technology lead, you will assist with managing vendor requests and relationship in addition to tracking our overall department legal tech initiatives pipeline and long-term roadmap.

You will also assist with pilot management, including onboarding of new vendors, setting up pilot groups, communication with pilot users, and tracking of progress and outcome of pilots.
