Opportunity Description

The Lender Task Administrator position will partner with client and internal teams to ensure long-term professional relationships by providing day-to-day management of the Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) program.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Workflow Management (90%):

  • Consultant for client and internal employees on day-to-day operational questions pertaining to Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI). Anticipate needs of the client to provide excellent service and resolution.
  • Audit and evaluate client reports to confirm accuracy, impacts to client risk, and potential loss of premium
  • Process and audit notices, certificates, premium, images, client requests, and other aspects of day-to-day management of Collateral Protection Insurance
  • Manage premium collection and refunding for timeliness and accuracy
