A liaison officer with at least 2-3 years of experience and an updated driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between management, department heads, and employees to facilitate smooth communication.
- Relay accurate and timely information to keep all parties aligned.
- Process and monitor documents, including renewing documents that are about to expire.
- Build trust and rapport with diverse groups, utilizing problem solving and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Ability to drive automatic, manual vehicle, and motorcycle.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
