Job Description
- Conduct initial mobility and posture assessments
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretching sessions
- Guide clients through structured mobility protocols
- Monitor progress and perform reassessments
- Educate clients on flexibility, posture, and recovery
- Maintain professional documentation of sessions
- Support membership conversion through education-based recommendations
- Ensure client safety and adherence to preventive care guidelines
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in massage techniques and licensed physical therapy practices.
