Purpose of the role:
The Licensing Support Officer is responsible for administering all aspects of the wildlife licensing system including processing licence applications, licence renewals, reviewing annual record reports, processing license fee payments, data input and general correspondence to support wildlife licensing objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

• Administer the wildlife licensing system for private keepers of protected fauna to meet statutory obligations.
• Ensure that an effective and efficient service is maintained for clients within the time-frames specified.
