Lifecycle Automation Specialist

CBH Homes' Marketing Team is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to build and optimize emails and email campaigns that guide customers from their first interaction through purchasing a home. This is a hands-on role responsible for executing high-performing emails and campaigns, segmentation strategies, and automated nurture programs using Salesforce and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot). If you love combining strategy, data, and creativity to improve engagement and conversion across the customer lifecycle, this role could be for you. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we communicate with prospective home buyers to add value, while continuously optimizing campaigns to improve performance.
