Lifeguard

Position: Lifeguard Department: Athletics Reports to: Head of Aquatics Starting date: ASAP Salary: $21.20 - $25.00 per hour St. George’s School is seeking lifeguards to work various part time shifts. Pool opening hours: 5:15am - 10:00pm. Shifts range from short 3-4hr to 8hr, mornings, daytimes, and evenings. Weekdays and some weekends Starting ASAP, either on a short-term or long-term basis. Qualifications will include: Minimum two years full time lifeguard experience, with knowledge and practice of lifesaving, lifeguarding, and first aid. National Lifeguard Service (pool option), CPR Level C, and Standard First Aid Certification. WHIMS, Pool Operator, or other Aquatic operations related certification not required but considered an asset. WSI or other Aquatic teaching certifications are considered an asset.
