Lifestyle Partnerships Growth Manager

AirAsia in Malaysia is seeking a Manager, Business Development (Lifestyle Partnerships) to drive lifestyle partnership deals from prospecting to optimization of revenue-driving offers. You will build a pipeline of new partners and confidently pitch partnership concepts while coordinating internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of sales or business development experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. This role offers the chance to work across various sectors and influence business strategies.
