Qualifications
- Graduate of Electrical, or related course
- With experience or knowledge in estimating / costing / quantity take-off
- Proficient in MS Excel and reading plans
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Experience in construction or engineering projects is an advantage
- Willing to undergo factory training in China
Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and project cost estimates based on project plans and requirements
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with the Design and Sales Teams regarding project requirements and scope clarification
- Prepare cost breakdowns, quotations, and client proposals within the required timeline
