OUR LINE COOKS :

• Pride themselves on attention to detail to make sure every menu item has been prepared correctly and every detail is perfect Knowledge of temperatures of eggs Knowledge of meat temperatures  Know the cooking techniques and menu builds like the back of your hands Be able to multitask Have the sense of urgency Understand the importance of a clean, safe and sanitary kitchen environment and take the safety of the food, guests and team seriously Inspire their teammates to ask them for help.

Practice proper sanitation procedures and follow state, city, and company regulations EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum one (1-2) years line cook experience preferred.
