Opportunity Description
Duties:
- Operate, maintain and troubleshoot the robotic equipment used in production and ensure the quality of sub assemblies, maintain the equipment, identify and resolve issues, and follow safety protocols.
- Install, test and maintain industrial controls / PLC programs (software and hardware).
- Maintain program (Robotic, PLC) or welding parameters
- Read and understand drawings and design concepts (Electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematic.).
- Provide line support to production in order to minimise down time.
- Perform continuous routine diagnostic checks on automated systems.
- Troubleshoot non-functioning component parts (sensors, controls, etc.).
- Isolate problems and repair or replace any necessary components.
- Monitor the line OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency).
- Perform planned, preventative and predictive maintenance.
