A boutique Seattle firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to help grow their fully remote team. This firm focuses on civil litigation and offers a very flexible remote work model as well as competitive salaries and benefit options.
Key Responsibilities Include:
+ Provide litigation support to three high-volume insurance defense attorneys.
+ Draft and manage pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and e-filings.
+ Maintain calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely case follow-up.
+ Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
+ Work independently and stay organized in a remote environment.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Benefits include: Medical coverage, 401K w/ 3% match, discretionary bonus, 2 weeks PTO, sick leave, 10 holidays, 37.5 hour work week.
