Litigation Manager

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced legal professional to join the Employment & Litigation team within the Legal function. The role will be responsible for managing employment law matters, litigation support, legal advisory, and related contract management activities while ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle employment law matters including employee disputes, disciplinary actions, workplace policies, and employee-related legal advisory.

- Manage litigation matters involving the organization and coordinate with external legal counsel for case handling and resolution.

- Draft, review, and vet employment-related agreements, legal notices, responses, and other legal documentation.

- Support contract review and related legal documentation activities as required.
