Litigation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Manager & Contract Specialist with 6+ years of hands-on experience in litigation management and contract drafting. Based in Mumbai, this role will manage high-stakes litigation, draft and negotiate complex contracts, and provide strategic legal support to minimize risk and enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end litigation, including strategy, filings, negotiations, settlements, and court appearances
• Liaise with police, courts, lawyers, and legal stakeholders to gather evidence and drive case progress
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts (NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, etc.)
• Advise internal stakeholders on compliance, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution
• Conduct investigations and extract critical information from all relevant sources
