A growing, full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Partner to lead and further develop a sophisticated litigation practice within a key regional market. This is a leadership-oriented role offering a high degree of autonomy, firmwide support for practice growth, and the ability to shape the future direction of a mature litigation platform.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and expand a complex litigation practice with a focus on insurance-related matters and high-exposure disputes

+ Manage all aspects of litigation, including early case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, coverage analysis, trial preparation, and resolution

+ Serve as lead counsel in courtroom appearances, depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations

+ Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk assessment, and coverage interpretation
