Live Commerce Partnerships Lead (Affiliate & KOL)

This role focuses on partnering closely with affiliate creators to drive livestream revenue through performance-based collaborations. You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling affiliate marketing and KOL programs to support Cheil’s Live Commerce growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute live commerce strategies to achieve brand and sales targets across TikTok Shop and social commerce platforms.
• Manage livestream schedules, affiliate creator partnerships and collaborations, including affiliate recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management.
• Negotiate rate cards and partnership terms with affiliates and agencies.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs including traffic, conversion, and revenue performance.
