• Provide backend support to live hosts during live streaming sessions
• Assist in setting up, monitoring and ensuring smooth operations during live sessions
• Perform basic photo and video editing tasks (or be willing to learn)
• Ensure all technical and administrative needs are met for live streams
• General administrative support to the team
• Handle quality checks (QC) and packing of stocks
• Reply to customer enquiries across various platforms
• Provide support to live admins and ensure operations run smoothly
