What you will do
Live Operations Execution: Support the planning and oversee the execution, and optimization of in-game events, seasonal content, and time-limited offers
Real-Time Issue Management: Monitor live events, identify issues, and lead rapid troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime and player disruptions
Process Optimization: Develop and refine LiveOps workflows to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance response times
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze event performance data, player engagement trends, and revenue impact to continuously improve LiveOps execution
