LMS & Training Ops Lead — Compliance & Projects

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced training manager in Taguig. You will manage learner assignments, ensure training compliance, and create instructional content.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has over 4 years in training or operations, with strong LMS management experience. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is also required.

Willingness to work night shifts is necessary, and you will be part of a dynamic cross-functional team.
