Opportunity Description
- Maximize existing sales channels and develop new ways to reach potential customers to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Recruit and accredit additional agents to expand the lead pool and boost sales production
- Re-activate inactive agents and implement strategic marketing plans to improve performance
- Generate personal accounts and actively contribute to overall sales growth
- Utilize marketing tools and channels—including social media—for campaigns approved by the Business Development Office and Group Head
- Conceptualize and execute branch-level marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related course
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing from a reputable financing or lending company
- Strong background in lead generation, agent management, and sales strategy
