Monitors loan processes and payments

• Process new loan applications and loan renewals;
• Prepare loan documents such as Real Estate Mortgage, Promissory note and other supporting documents for the timely release of approved loans;
• Prepare TELA Application Loan for employees
• Review loan agreements to ensure completeness and accuracy based on existing policies;
• Submit processed loan applications to the immediate head for recommendation and for approval of the President;
• Prepare reports of delinquent accounts at least once a week to be submitted to the immediate superior;
• Forward irreconcilable accounts to the immediate head for collection action;
