Opportunity Description
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Broker Assistant to support our finance/mortgage operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys managing processes, documentation, and client coordination across the loan lifecycle.

- Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm

Key Responsibilities
- Send Credit Guides and document requests to clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, including stage progression and data entry.
- Check, organise, rename, and store client documents in SharePoint.
- Order and manage property valuations (upfront and final), updating CRM systems accordingly.
- Save and organise MIR-related communications in SharePoint.
