Summary: Medical Hematologist/Oncologist! **Outpatient Chemotherapy and Infusion Center** Oncologist provides outpatient chemotherapy and infusions and is a solo provider. There is a midlevel provider who helps with patient flow, orders, etc. Hospital consults required with call. MD can work directly with ER physician or hospitalist, for any admissions.

Rates for submission:
Malpractice Must be included in rates.
Orientation ***-330 - half the hourly/callback rate*** kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
Hourly ***-660 - Per hour, not OT
Vacation ***-990 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate*** Per vacation hour, no OT
