Locum - Physician - Surgery - General Pendleton, OR

Summary: St Anthony Hospital is looking for 1 general surgeons to cover the dates listed below for up to 1 year. 1 general surgeon working at a time. The on site surgeon will attend to scheduled clinic patients Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., provide 24-hour call coverage, and provide post-op care, consultations scheduled and emergency surgery.

Malpractice
Must be included in rates.

Orientation
***-200 half the hourly/callback rate*** kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of
orientation or training beyond 8 hours

Hourly ***-*** - Per hour, not OT

Vacation ***-600 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate*** Per vacation hour, no OT

Nightly Call
***-750 - Per night call to hold the pager, to include 2.5 hours gratis
