Locum - Physician - Urology Tacoma, WA

Summary: St. Joseph Medical Center, St. Anthony Hospital, and St. Clare Hospital are looking for full-time Urology locum coverage as soon as credentialed for up to 9 months! Providers submitted to this position will be cross-credentialed to provide call coverage at all three locations. Call shifts will vary between one or multiple of these facilities.

RATES: (strictly follow)

Malpractice Must be included in rates.

Orientation ***-262.50 - half the hourly/callback rate*** kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours

On Call (Daily) ***-4200 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"

24 Hour Vacation Call Rate - ***-*** - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"

Call Back ***-550 Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.
