Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of clerical and administrative logistics personnel.
• Manage the shipment and delivery of materials between locations.
• Schedule product pickups and deliveries using company vehicles or third‑party transportation services, and assign routes to drivers accordingly.
• Liaise with courier and trucking companies to ensure timely packing, dispatch, and delivery of shipments.
• Assess company requirements and manage inventory levels to ensure essential items are kept in stock.
• Monitor inventory and recommend reordering of supplies as needed, securing approval from Top Management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned from time to time.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar or related position.
