Logistics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead Operation Excellence projects that leverage in-depth data analysis and lean principles to close operational gaps and provide catalytic support to the efficiency across multiple sites.
• Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to drive project development, align on expectations, and overcome project risks.
• Manage audit of sites, provide audit reports, define action plans and monitor the action plans.
• Contribute to the OpEx community by sharing knowledge of best practices and new solutions, organizing technical trainings and focus group workshops, developing team collaterals, etc.
• Build Internal OpEx Culture.
• Support the roll out of an OpEx program across all logistics warehouse operations within the company, providing coaching and training to necessary stakeholders.
