Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Transportation: Plan and coordinate dispatch of goods to customers and warehouses. Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and courier partners. Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery. Resolve transportation issues and delays.
2. Inventory: Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records. Coordinate with warehouse team for receiving and dispatch. Conduct periodic stock audits. Ensure proper storage and space utilization.
3. Order Processing: Process sales orders and prepare dispatch documentation. Verify invoices, packing lists, and delivery challans. Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Handle returns and reverse logistics.
4. Documentation: Prepare shipping and logistics documents. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Maintain accurate records for reporting and audits.
