Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Arrange transportation, schedule pickups/deliveries, and communicate with carriers or freight forwarders.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as DOs, invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation.
- Ensure all logistics transactions are updated accurately in ERP/WMS systems.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delivery issues, delays, or exceptions.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments (Warehouse, Purchasing, Customer Service, Production) on logistics requirements.
- Track inventory movement and support monthly or periodic stock counts.
- Review freight charges, coordinate billing matters, and ensure cost accuracy.
