Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management
• Relevant computer software (advanced Microsoft Word, Excel)
• 5 years experience at Supervisory level within the relevant field
• Working knowledge of vehicle tracking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Highly organized and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Ability to build effective relationships
• Competent in problem-solving (problem analysis), planning, and decision making
• Employee relations and conflict management skills
