Position Title: Logistics Manager
Location: Metro Pacific Fresh Farms – Greenhouse Facility
Department: Logistics / Operations
Reports To: Head of Farm
Job Objective
The Logistics Manager’s primary role is to organize inventory stocks and manage the distribution of finished goods to customers, ensuring that the right products are delivered to the right location on time, in full, and at optimal cost. This position oversees transportation, stock control, warehousing, and monitors product flow from production plants → warehouse → customers.
Work & Professional Experience Required
- 5–10 years experience in warehousing, inventory management, and outbound logistics operations, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Priority System or similar) for inventory, material management, sales, and distribution.
