Logistics Operations Coordinator

A fantastic opportunity for a Logistics Operations Coordinator has arisen at our KL office (Bangsar South). The successful candidate needs to control all movements from receiving raw materials through to despatching finished products.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and courier deliveries in an appropriate manner.
• Ensure product identification, storage, and handling in accordance with QMS and required transactions for item disposition.
• Handle and store all items appropriately.
• Process non-conforming materials in the required manner.
• Pick, pack and issue materials for manufacturing and repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Pack items/devices for shipping (boxing, labelling) according to set standards defined in the work instructions.
• Perform shipping transactions in Oracle and book shipments with courier services.
• Participate in weekly cycle counts and annual stock take activities. <...
