Job Description

· Execute daily distribution planning aligned with operational priorities & SLAs.

· Collaborate with internal (e.g. Customer Service, Warehouse, Supply Chain) and external (e.g. drivers/hauliers, customers) stakeholders, to enhance logistics performance and service quality.

· Monitor and evaluate hauler/carrier performance using predefined KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with standards.

· Handle customer inquiries, delivery, issues and claims promptly, maintaining a strong customer – centric approach.
