Logistics Specialist - Global Shipments & Docs (1 Yr)

Job Title: Logistics Specialist (1 Year Contract)

Working Location: Woodlands

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Salary Package

• Basic Salary: $3,300 – $4,000
• Transport Allowance: $200 (Fixed)
• Completion Bonus: 1 Month

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure clean orders and process them on a timely manner.
• Understand the customers’ requirements and make logistics arrangements to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
• Work closely with appointed service providers to secure freight space.
• Work closely with Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection.
• Prepare all shipping documents (both international shipments and domestic deliveries)
• Other ad hoc request pertaining to Warehouse and Logistics related matters.
